Wedding Wednesday: Sneak peak at Anthropologie's wedding line

Anthro's been teasing their new wedding line, BHLDN, for weeks (months?) and to be frank, I was getting a little tired of it. Thank goodness they finally let a few images out. I snapped these up from Glamour. They'll have bridesmaid and party dresses to show us later this week.

Please tell me the shoes are also part of the collection...love those slingbacks!

What do you think?

  1. I love Anthropologie, I hope they come through with some awesome styles! Totally loving that first one and the gray one!

  2. Unfortunately, I'm not "WOW'd" by the dresses but then again, I find that as much as I love Anthro's regular clothing line, some of it is a little too whimsy/hippie for myself. I do like that these dresses keep in line with Anthro's own esthetics, though.

I do love the gray gown in the 4th pic...vey architectural!

Can't wait to see what they offer for bridesmaids dresses and accessories. And shoes? YES PLEASE! ;)

  3. I actually kind of like a lot of those dresses! I think they could be very elegant!

  4. Pretty... but not as amazing as I anticipated. I mostly love the slingbacks and the ginormous bow on that model's head. Though the bow is probably more appropriate for a flower girl.

  5. I do like these and I am in the market for a non-traditional gown but I don't think I would be able to rock these dresses like the models do. Thanks for sharing, but the search continues...

  6. Hmm, they do look like Anthropologie wedding dresses. I think I like the short styles better than the long styles. I wonder how much they cost!

  7. Totally agree! I've been loosing sleep with excitement - expecting way more WOW than I'm feeling right now. The far right in the top row is a front runner for me - plus those gorgeous golden slingbacks... we'll have to wait and see as more items are revealed. I'm betting on a stupendous hair accessory line.

  9. I had no idea Anthro was throwing their hat into the wedding ring - what a fantastic debut! That greish number with all the pleats is amazing!
