I painted the furnace cover to match the wall last night. Once again, the Aura paint seamlessly matched the paint that had gone onto the wall about two years ago. I love that paint.
This is the last time I'm taking a picture from this angle. What do you think?
The boyfriend doesn't like it. It's growing on me.

I think it looks much better than the white...it blends in more--doesn't pop out at you like the white did.
ReplyDeleteI like it much more than the white. It stood out too much. Hopefully you'll grow to like it.
ReplyDeleteYeah! I think it looks way better, blends in more. If you stop looking directly at it you'll get used to it faster.
ReplyDeleteLooks great Jeannine...now if you could just come up with a way to make those things quieter!
ReplyDeleteLove what you've done over there!
Much better. I think it was a good decision.
ReplyDeleteLooks much better painted. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteIt looks great!!
ReplyDeleteMuch improved! Don't get me started on boyfriends and decorating opinions this week! I've discovered that mine does not "appreciate" the same wacky modern art that I love. :)
ReplyDeleteBut seriously, what's not to like with the painted cover?
It looks so much better!
ReplyDeleteMush betterer
ReplyDeleteI love this instant gratification... I think it looks much better.
ReplyDeleteI second what Anon said and would like a glass of whatever he or she is enjoying.
ReplyDeleteI thought you all would like the quick turn around. I aim to please!
ReplyDeleteI actually jumped up off the sofa around 9:15 PM last night and said "I should really paint the furnace cover for the blog."
If I didn't have the blog, I bet I wouldn't finish as many projects.
I love it!! It looks so much better!!
ReplyDeleteTell the BF it will grow on him too :)
Good for you........whatever motivation works.... makes your place all that more beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOnce some time passes you won't even look at it anymore! :)
I think it looks good!
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame they didn't place it lower on the wall. When we were renting a condo in Natick last year an end table and lamp masked ours quite nicely.
Light years better!
ReplyDeletei also agree it looks much better, i never ask my hubby for decorating advice its always "i dont know" with him hehehehe
ReplyDeleteLooks great -- now I want to go do this with all of the white vents and returns throughout my house! :)
